Getting started with Mobile Deposit is quick and easy. Just follow a few simple steps to begin enjoying this powerful feature of Mobile Banking.
Mobile Deposit is only available within our Mobile Banking app. To begin using Mobile Banking, you must first register for Online Banking. Enrolling is easy. Visit the link below to get started. Once you have enrolled in Online Banking, the next step is to download the FNB Direct Mobile Banking app from the app store for your device 1 . We support mobile phone apps for Apple and Android devices 2 . Mobile Phone Apps
After you have downloaded and installed the Mobile Banking app, simply log in to the app using the same User ID and Password you use for Online Banking.
Just as with a branch or ATM deposit, you must endorse, or sign, the back of your check.After entering your deposit information, the app will prompt you to take a picture of the front of your check. Place your signed check on a dark surface with plenty of overhead light and center the check in the frame. We’ll take the picture for you. We’ll then show you a preview. If it looks good, select “Use” to continue. In some rare cases, we may not be able to capture your check image automatically. In these cases, we will let you know, and you can take the picture manually. Regardless, we’ll walk you through the process.
