5 Steps to Enroll

You’ve taken that first step to learn more about UEI and our programs, and you might be asking yourself, “What happens next?” We’ve broken down the enrollment process into five easy steps so you can be prepared for what’s to come in your education journey.

You will be contacted to schedule an appointment to visit the campus. We encourage you to bring your family or a friend!

  1. Tour the Campus
We’ll take you on a campus tour that will show you the program labs, Career Services center, student learning center, and common areas. We are excited to show you the places where your future could begin!
  2. Program Options
We’ll go through our programs offerings and your interests to help you select the program that matches your personality, skills and your career goals. Want to get a head start? Take our Program Match Quiz!
  3. Career Placement Assistance
We’ll discuss the help you will receive from our Career Services team — from help with your resume and interview preparation, to help finding an entry-level position in your career field — so you can reach your career goals.
  4. Discuss Your Class Schedule Options
We’ll go through our hybrid learning schedules and our day and evening class options, so you can see the choices and flexibility you will have to get your training completed.

We know paying for your education can seem daunting. We do not want that to get in the way of your career, so you’ll have the opportunity to meet with a financial aid representative to discuss your options. They will explain everything from scholarships and grants to loans. Financial aid is available for those who qualify. Learn more about financial aid.

We’ll work with you to fill out your enrollment application — there’s no fee to apply. Once you have enrolled, you’ll be ready to start your career training! Contact us for more information.

This is the exciting part! You are now on your way to building your future. You’ll join us for orientation and to meet your classmates, and to get your scrubs/uniform, tablet and accessories, and other items to help you be successful in your training.
